Hello everyone!
Annual Online Registration (OLR) is now open for all families to complete for the 2025–2026 school year. This will close August 1, 2025.
Important notes:
Please contact madisonparentportal@k12.sd.us or the District Office at 605-256-7700 for the following:
- To change or update an existing student's middle name. The system will not allow these changes to be made through the OLR.
- To enroll a 5-year-old in Jr. KG (register them as KG in OLR, then contact us).
- Lunch accounts: From May 30 – July 8, 2025, the Food Service section of Parent Portal will be down. Payments can be mailed or dropped off at the high school (M–F, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM). Please make arrangements to take care of any negative balances.
- High School: If using school insurance for your student’s computer, the $30 fee is due the first week of school. Make checks payable to MHS and include your student’s name. This can be dropped off at the High School during the summer or mailed as an option.
The District Office is generally opened during the summer, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. (there may be occasions that the office is closed without notice).
