Password reset was enabled in January. This allows users to reset their own password. In order for this option to function, you need to establish a user account security email as an account recovery email and you need to have a "strong" password (one that includes a variety of symbols, lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, etc). Once you enter your account recovery email, you will receive an email confirmation. Please make sure you are completing the process by going to your email and selecting the link to confirm your email.
